Bahria Town Lahore Map
Bahria Town Lahore (بحریہ ٹاؤن لاہور) is laid out as eight lettered sectors, A to H, plus three separately named areas: Golf View Residencia, Overseas Enclave and Safari Villas. Each sector splits into named blocks, 49 of which we could confirm. This guide walks the master plan sector by sector, names every block, and shows where the boulevards, landmarks and the Lahore Ring Road sit on the map.
This page is part of our full Bahria Town Lahore guide, which covers prices, approvals, charges and the buying process for the whole society, within our wider Lahore property coverage. Here we answer one practical question: where is everything, and why does that matter for a buyer?
One rule runs through the whole map. A block's position matters more than its sector letter. Two 10 Marla plots in the same sector can differ widely in price because of boulevard access, distance from the commercial areas, Ring Road exposure and possession status. Reading the map well is the first step to reading a price well.
Where Bahria Town Lahore sits on the city map
Bahria Town Lahore lies off Canal Road in Lahore's south-west, about 15 to 17 km beyond Thokar Niaz Baig. LDA's record gives the location of Sectors A to D as UBD Canal Road. Most residents enter from Canal Road after Shakham Chowk, while the Raiwind Road and Multan Road sides give the other main approaches.
| Access route | What it connects to |
|---|---|
| Canal Road (UBD Canal) | Main entrance; Thokar Niaz Baig and central Lahore |
| Raiwind Road | Bahria Orchard, Lake City and the Raiwind side |
| Multan Road | Western approach towards Thokar and the motorway |
| Lahore Ring Road, Southern Loop 3 | Planned to pass through the south-eastern blocks |
| Main Boulevard (about 210 ft wide) | The spine linking Sectors A, B, C, D and E inside the gates |
Travel time into central Lahore depends heavily on the hour. Test your own route at the time you would normally travel, especially if you plan a daily commute or a school run.
How big is it? LDA records 14,243.2 kanals for Sectors A, B and C together and 2,009.22 kanals for Sector D (checked 6 Oct 2026). Sectors E to H, Golf View Residencia, Overseas Enclave and Safari Villas sit outside those two LDA entries, so no single official figure covers the whole society.
Do not confuse it with Bahria Orchard. Bahria Orchard is a separate Bahria project on Raiwind Road with its own LDA entry. It does not appear on the Bahria Town Lahore master plan, and its approval record should be checked separately.
Bahria Town Lahore sector map: every sector and block
Bahria Town Lahore has 11 mapped areas and 49 confirmed named blocks. The table lists them in master-plan order, with LDA status from the Approved Schemes record checked on 6 Oct 2026.
| Sector / area | Blocks on the map | Character | LDA entry |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sector A | Babar Block | Near the main entrance; purely residential, 10 Marla to 4 Kanal | Finally Approved (A, B, C) |
| Sector B | Umer, Ali, Usman, Ghouri, Shaheen | Established residential; houses dominate | Finally Approved (A, B, C) |
| Sector C | Jasmine, Nargis, Iris, Janiper, Tulip, Gardenia, Gulbahar, Gulmohar, Chambelli, plus the Commercial Zone | Society centre; Main Boulevard and main commercial hub | Finally Approved (A, B, C) |
| Sector D | AA, BB, CC, DD, EE, plus Midway Commercial | Near Safari Zoo, Country Club and the Eiffel Tower replica | Finally Approved (2,009.22 kanals) |
| Sector E | Talha, Quaid, Iqbal, Jinnah, Johar, Nishtar, Rafi, Bahria Heights, Bahria Homes | Developed, house-heavy; Nishtar Commercial | Not in LDA's current list; verify |
| Sector F | Tauheed, Ghaznavi, Alamgir, Sikandar, Shershah, Tipu Sultan, Abu Bakar, Sheikh Saadi | Newer; some blocks still developing | Not in LDA's current list; verify |
| Sector G | Lalak Jan, Sarwar, Rashid Minhas | Lowest entry prices; mostly 5 Marla plots | Not in LDA's current list; verify |
| Sector H | To be confirmed on the official master plan | Listed in market material; no block names verified yet | Not in LDA's current list; verify |
| Golf View Residencia | Phase 1, Phase 2 | Plot-led area beside the golf course; mainly 10 Marla | Not in LDA's current list; verify |
| Overseas Enclave | Overseas A, B, B Extension, C | Overseas A is the oldest; C has 5 and 10 Marla plots | Not in LDA's current list; verify |
| Safari Villas | Safari Villas (houses) | Ready houses next to Sector B; listed as part of Sector B on portals | Verify |
"Not in LDA's current list" means the sector does not appear by name in LDA's Approved Schemes record. It is not proof that a property is illegal, but it does mean the buyer must check that sector, block and plot separately before paying.
How the sectors fit together
The Main Boulevard runs from the Canal Road entrance through Sectors A, B and C. The older, approved sectors sit closest to the gate. The newer sectors, E to H, spread outward from Sectors C and D, and development generally thins out the further a block sits from the boulevard.
Sector A (Babar Block) is the first block inside the main entrance, around Beijing Boulevard. It is purely residential, with 10 Marla to 4 Kanal plots and houses. The Grand Jamia Masjid and the Eiffel Tower replica are a short drive away, and the Bahria Town police station is close by.
Sector B holds five residential blocks: Umer, Ali, Usman, Ghouri and Shaheen. Most streets are built up, which lets a buyer judge occupancy, road condition and neighbours before buying. Safari Villas, a gated cluster of ready houses, sits beside it.
Sector C is the centre of the map. The Main Boulevard passes through it, and its Commercial Zone is the society's main market, with restaurants, banks and flats above shops. It borders Sector B, Safari Villas and Overseas Enclave. Jasmine, Nargis, Iris and Gulmohar are its most-traded blocks, partly because they sit close to the boulevard and the market.
Sector D splits into five lettered blocks, AA to EE, plus Midway Commercial. It neighbours Bahria Country Club, Safari Zoo, the theme park and the Eiffel Tower replica. Block AA mixes residential and commercial property, while AA, BB and CC see the most listings.
Sector E sits on the outer side of Sectors C and D. It is one of the most built-up sectors, with nine blocks including the ready-home projects Bahria Homes and Bahria Heights. Nishtar Commercial serves the sector, and many families choose it for finished houses rather than plots.
Sector F lies beyond Sectors C and E. Its eight blocks range from settled areas such as Tauheed, Ghaznavi and Sikandar to blocks with a long history of land and possession disputes. An educational complex is planned in Alamgir Block, and the Raiha CineGold Plex cinema sits in this sector.
Sectors G and H are the newest and cheapest parts of the map. Sector G's blocks, Lalak Jan, Sarwar and Rashid Minhas, are mostly 5 Marla plots aimed at first-time buyers and small investors. Possession and development vary plot by plot, so a site visit matters even more here.
Golf View Residencia runs alongside the golf course in two phases. Phase 2 trades well below Phase 1, and its layout was redrawn around the Ring Road alignment.
Overseas Enclave has four blocks. Overseas A, near Talwar Chowk and Mor Chowk, is the oldest and most built-up. Overseas B sits near Janiper Block and the Grand Jamia Masjid, and B Extension adjoins it. Overseas C sits near Talha Block and offers 5 and 10 Marla plots.
Landmarks, markets and main roads on the map
Most landmarks cluster along the Main Boulevard between Sectors A, C and D, so blocks in that band usually carry a location premium. Use this table to place a plot against the places buyers ask about most.
| Landmark or market | Where it sits | Nearest blocks |
|---|---|---|
| Grand Jamia Masjid | On the Main Boulevard | Sector A, Overseas B, Janiper |
| Eiffel Tower replica | Near the theme park area | Sector A, Sector D |
| Safari Zoo and mini-golf | Beside Sector D | Sector D blocks AA to EE |
| Bahria Country Club | Beside Sector D | Sector D |
| Talwar Chowk | Main commercial market | Overseas A, Sector C |
| Sector C Commercial Zone | Centre of Sector C | Jasmine, Nargis, Iris, Gulmohar |
| Midway Commercial | Inside Sector D | Sector D blocks |
| Nishtar Commercial | Inside Sector E | Nishtar, Johar, Talha |
| Raiha CineGold Plex cinema | Sector F | Tauheed, Ghaznavi, Sikandar |
Buying near a market? Commercial frontage raises asking prices but also brings traffic, noise and parking pressure. Decide whether you are buying to live or to rent before paying that premium. A quiet street two turns away from the boulevard can suit a family better at a lower price.
The Ring Road and LDA status on the map
Two overlays change how you should read the master plan: the Ring Road route and LDA's approval record. Neither appears clearly on a dealer's printout, so check both for every block you shortlist.
Lahore Ring Road, Southern Loop 3
SL-3 is an 8 to 8.5 km, six-lane link from the Adda Plot interchange on Raiwind Road to Multan Road. Its route cuts through the south-eastern side of Bahria Town Lahore, which held up construction from 2016 until the Lahore High Court lifted the stay orders. Work then began, with Punjab funding of more than PKR 17 billion.
Blocks on or beside the route:
- Golf View Residencia
- Tulip Extension (Sector C)
- Janiper (Sector C)
- Rafi and Iqbal (Sector E)
- Talha (Sector E)
- Overseas B Extension
- A small part of Jinnah Block (Sector E)
Earlier reporting put the affected stock at about 600 plots and 300 houses. Owners on the route were offered compensation or alternative plots. Plots beside the route may gain from faster access once it opens, while plots on it may still be off-ground.
LDA status by sector
LDA's Approved Schemes record, checked on 6 Oct 2026, lists only two Bahria Town Lahore entries as Finally Approved: Sectors A, B and C (14,243.2 kanals) and Sector D (2,009.22 kanals). Every other area on the map needs its own check against the authority record. Our Bahria Town Lahore LDA approval and legal status section explains what that record does and does not prove.
How to check a plot against the master plan
A master plan shows what Bahria Town intends to build, not what exists or what is approved. Before paying a token, match the plot to the map in five steps:
- Get the plot number, block and sector in writing from the seller.
- Locate it on the official master plan at Bahria Town Lahore's head office, not on a dealer's printout.
- Check whether the sector appears in LDA's Approved Schemes record.
- Check whether the block lies on the SL-3 Ring Road alignment.
- Visit the plot and confirm it is on the ground, with road, electricity and water reaching it.
Milkiyat.com finding:
under half the map sits in LDA-approved entries
We counted every named block on the map above and matched it to LDA's record.
| Group | Blocks counted | Share |
|---|---|---|
| In approved entries (Sectors A, B, C, D, incl. Sector C Commercial and Midway) | 1 + 5 + 10 + 6 = 22 | 22 ÷ 49 = 45% |
| Outside approved entries (E, F, G, Golf View Residencia, Overseas Enclave, Safari Villas) | 9 + 8 + 3 + 2 + 4 + 1 = 27 | 27 ÷ 49 = 55% |
| Total named blocks | 49 | 100% |
The two approved entries total 14,243.2 + 2,009.22 = 16,252.42 kanals, about 2,032 acres at 8 kanals per acre. Sector H is excluded because no block names are confirmed.
Two of the Ring Road blocks, Tulip Extension and Janiper, sit inside approved Sector C. So an approved sector does not rule out route exposure, and an unlisted sector does not automatically mean a bad plot. Check both overlays for every block.
What the map means for price
Position on the map shows up directly in asking prices. For a 10 Marla plot, Zameen's price index gives these asking-price averages:
| Location | 10 Marla plot, average asking price | Index month |
|---|---|---|
| Sector C (centre, approved) | PKR 1.89 crore | Aug 2026 |
| Society-wide average | PKR 1.44 crore | Aug 2026 |
| Sector F (outer, not in LDA list) | PKR 1.16 crore | Apr 2026 |
Sector C's average is 1.89 ÷ 1.16 = about 1.6 times Sector F's. The months differ, so treat that gap as indicative. For plot prices by every size, see the Bahria Town Lahore property prices 2026 section of our main guide.
