Frequently asked questions
Why did I receive a 6-digit code?
Milkiyat sends 6-digit codes only for secure account verification — for example when you sign in, register, verify your email, or reset your password. We do not use these codes for marketing, and we do not send them unless you (or someone with access to your account) just started that action on Milkiyat.com. If you did not request a code, do not share it with anyone and contact us right away.
How do I change my registered email?
After signing in, open your account or profile settings and update your email address. You may be asked to confirm the new address with a verification code sent to that inbox. If you no longer have access to your old email, use the recovery options on the sign-in screen or reach out through our contact page so we can help verify your identity safely.
Is my data secure?
We protect data in transit with TLS (HTTPS), apply access controls around sensitive information, and retain data only as described in our Privacy Policy. Like any online platform, we cannot promise absolute security — you should use a strong, unique password, keep your devices updated, and report anything unusual to us immediately.
