By creating an account, accessing the Services, purchasing credits or promotional placements, posting listings or other content, or clicking to accept these Terms where offered, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We may offer additional terms for specific features (for example, agency tools or developer listings). Those terms supplement these Terms for the relevant feature.

This document is not legal advice. Organisations and individuals should obtain independent advice from a qualified advocate in Pakistan where appropriate.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. We may refuse registration or require verification (for example, agent or agency verification) before enabling certain features.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Services (including search, syndication, and marketing).

You represent that you have the right to submit your content and that it does not violate third-party rights.

You must not post unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or harmful material. We may remove or restrict content, listings, or accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our policies, or that pose risk to users or the platform.

Fees, credits, wallets, and checkout flows are described at the point of purchase and in your dashboard. Credits and promotional tools are not cash balances unless expressly stated; they may expire or change if we update product rules with reasonable notice where required.

Refunds: Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated at checkout, payments for digital credits or placements are generally final. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension pending resolution. Specific refund rights may apply under Pakistani consumer protection law; nothing here limits non-waivable statutory rights.

5.1 Definitions

For consistency with the product interface, the following tier names refer to sponsored placement products on the Services (API tiers GENERAL and SUPER):

• "Popular" — marketing label for the General Ad / sponsored general tier.
• "High demand" — marketing label for the Super Ad / sponsored super tier.
• "Promoted" — disclosure used for certain promoted or story placements where shown in the product.

5.2 Nature of badges

The "Popular" and "High demand" badges are marketing labels provided in connection with paid placement products. They highlight listings that use enhanced visibility and engagement features available through those tiers when a campaign or credit-based promotion is active, subject to inventory, eligibility, and product rules shown in your dashboard.

The platform may display visual indicators including, but not limited to, these badges. They are exclusive marketing labels tied to the applicable paid tiers, not independent editorial endorsements.

You acknowledge that these labels:

• Serve to highlight paid or promoted listings based on the visibility and engagement features provided by those premium tiers;
• Are not independent valuations of the property or the seller;
• Do not constitute a guarantee of the property's legal title, regulatory approvals, market value, or investment outcome;
• Are platform-specific indicators and do not reflect market-wide data outside of this website.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Listings and user content are provided by third parties; we do not verify every statement. The Services are not a substitute for legal, tax, financial, engineering, or on-site due diligence.

Real estate risk: You are solely responsible for verifying title, possession, approvals, zoning, society rules, and all material facts before transacting.

Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Pakistan, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in fees for the Services in the three (3) months before the claim, or (b) PKR 5,000. We exclude indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages except where such exclusion is prohibited by law. A qualified advocate should review this clause for your circumstances.

The Services, including branding, logos, layout, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your own content or as expressly permitted, you may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse our materials.

If you believe content on the Services infringes your rights, contact us at the address below with enough detail for us to assess your notice (including URLs and a good-faith statement).

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk of harm, legal or regulatory requirements, or non-payment. Provisions that by nature should survive (including licences granted, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

You agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes by contacting us first. Unless otherwise required by law, courts located in Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have to bring claims in your place of residence.

Counsel review: Liability caps, jurisdiction, and dispute mechanics should be reviewed by Pakistan-qualified counsel before you rely on them for your business.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date and version identifier. Where changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example, by email or an in-product notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

By creating an account, you explicitly consent to receive transactional and security-related communications from Milkiyat.com. This includes, but is not limited to, 6-digit One-Time Passwords (OTPs), account verification codes, and password reset instructions delivered via email or SMS.

Anti-Spam Policy

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for unsolicited bulk email (spam). We do not purchase, rent, or use third-party mailing lists. All email communications are triggered exclusively by direct user actions on the platform (Double Opt-In). Users may manage notification preferences within their account dashboard.
