Faisal Town Phase 2 Development Status: Quarterly Tracker

This guide tracks physical progress on the ground. For possession and charges, see our possession guide.
Overview
Everyone selling a plot in Faisal Town Phase 2 says development is "going at a rapid pace". Almost nobody says how much is done, sector by sector. That is what this tracker tries to record.
It collects what the developer publishes block by block, flags where its pages disagree, and sets out how we will measure progress on the ground. For the scheme as a whole, see our Faisal Town Phase 2 guide.
If you want to compare what sellers are asking against this progress, the Faisal Town Phase 2 listings page shows current asks. One caution: the developer's own pages say the Phase 2 NOC is not yet approved by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA).
What this edition is, and isn't
This is a desk check. It reflects the developer's pages as we read them in October 2026, so it is a snapshot of the latest progress the developer claims, not a measurement. We haven't yet visited the site. The Faisal Town Phase 2 site visit comes next: the following edition adds dated photographs and a percentage for each sector we can reach, and the table below becomes a before-and-after comparison.
Faisal Town Phase 2 development status, October 2026
| Block or sector | Land levelling | Roads and streets | Main boulevard | Plot numbers | Page last modified |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Whole scheme (main page) | "90% of land being levelled"; groundwork "almost all" complete | Not stated | "Fully developed and operational" (350 ft) | Not stated | 25 Aug 2026 |
| Sector O (Model Block) | Complete | Under development | "Near completion" | "Expected to begin soon" | 27 Jun 2026 |
| General Block | Earthwork complete | "Fully developed and functional" | Block is described as connected to it | Not stated | 25 Aug 2026 |
| Overseas Enclave | Not stated | Not stated | Not stated | Not stated | 2 Jul 2026 |
| Sectors P, Q, R | Block-level only | Block-level only | Block-level only | Block-level only | 27 Jun 2026 |
The Overseas Enclave page says only that construction is "high-speed", with no figure. Every other sector has nothing published.
Milkiyat.com finding: no sector has a published percentage
The scheme is planned as 25 sectors, lettered A to Y. We counted how many have a completion percentage on any developer page. The answer is none.
The nearest thing to a number is the scheme-wide "90% of land being levelled" in the developer's FAQ. The wording is ambiguous: it could mean 90% is levelled, or that levelling is under way on 90%. It also says nothing about roads, which are what a buyer needs to reach a plot.
Market reports go further for Sector O, citing carpeted roads, confirmed plot numbers and about 80% completion. That is a report, not a developer statement, and it doesn't match the developer's wording for the same sector.
Where the developer's pages disagree
Three conflicts matter most.
The boulevard. The main page calls the 350-foot boulevard "fully developed and operational". The Model Block page, last modified two months earlier, calls the main boulevard "near completion". Both can't describe the same road on the same day, unless they refer to different stretches.
The Ring Road. The Overseas Enclave page calls the Rawalpindi Ring Road "proposed", yet lists a 5-minute drive to it. Dawn reported on 3 October 2026 that the road was built but not yet open.
The airport. The same page says the airport is "a few minutes' drive" away, and its drive-time list says 30 minutes.
What "development" should include
A buyer needs more than levelling. A complete tracker records each of these:
- Roads: carpeted, or still gravel or earth.
- Boulevards: open to traffic, or still being built.
- Electricity: poles up, lines strung and power on.
- Water: tube wells or supply lines in place.
- Sewerage: pipes laid and manholes in place.
- Gas: lines laid, or not planned.
- Plot markers: pegs or boundary stones for numbered plots.
For the last four, the developer's pages give no status. The General Block page lists an underground sewage system and continuous utilities among its amenities, but it doesn't say whether they exist yet.
How we will measure progress on site
The developer publishes no layout plan we can count against, so we use simple ratios that anyone can repeat.
- Roads: streets with visible carpeting divided by streets shown on the sector's layout plan.
- Utilities: poles with lines energised, or manholes and valves in place, divided by those planned.
- Plot markers: numbered pegs visible divided by plots on the layout plan.
- Overall sector progress: the average of the three, reported with the date.
These are our method, not the developer's. Where we can't get the layout plan, we report the observation without a percentage.
Why roads and utilities matter more than levelling
Levelling is the first and cheapest stage. A levelled field with no carpeted road, no power and no water is not a place you can build on or live in. Roads decide whether a plot is reachable, and utilities decide whether it is usable. That is why this tracker puts roads and the four services first and treats the levelling figure as the weakest signal. A sector can be fully levelled and still be years from possession, which is also why the developer's own "3 to 4 years" possession window, given without a start date, tells you little about any single sector.
Questions to put to the sales office
Before you pay an instalment, ask these in writing and keep the replies.
- Which sector and street is my plot on, and is that street carpeted today?
- Has electricity been energised in my sector, or only planned?
- Where will water come from, and is the supply line laid?
- Is sewerage laid in my sector, and where does it drain?
- When will plot numbering and pegging start in my sector?
- Can I get a dated photograph of my plot from your site team?
A vague answer is useful information. It tells you the stage has not been reached. Compare the replies with the photographs you take on your own site visit.
Rules for the photographs
Photographs are our proof, so they follow fixed rules.
- Date and time on every photo, and the GPS location where possible.
- The same viewpoint each quarter, so changes show.
- No filters or edits.
- Record the sector, the road name and which way the camera faces.
- Include at least one photo of any utility we claim to see.
Reading any progress claim
Sellers, agents and social posts will quote the faisal town phase 2 latest progress in round numbers. Before you rely on one, ask four questions.
Which sector is it about? A figure for Sector O says nothing about General Block. What is the date? The developer pages above were modified between June and August 2026, so an older claim may be stale. What is being counted: land levelled, roads carpeted or plots numbered? And can you see it? A claim you can photograph on site is worth more than one in a brochure.
If the answers are vague, treat the number as marketing, and ask for the layout plan and a dated photograph.
How the tracker updates
Each quarterly faisal town phase 2 development update adds a new row for that edition, so you can see change over time. If the developer publishes a percentage or a dated progress report in between, we will add it and say which page it came from.

FAQs
Has Milkiyat visited the Faisal Town Phase 2 site?
Not for this edition, which is a desk check. A site visit, with dated photographs, is the next step.
How much of Faisal Town Phase 2 is developed?
The developer says 90% of land is being levelled. It publishes no percentage for roads, utilities or any individual sector.
Is the main boulevard open?
The developer's pages disagree. The main page says it is operational, and the Model Block page says near completion. Check it on site.
Are electricity, water and gas available?
The developer doesn't say. Its General Block page lists utilities as amenities but gives no status.
Can I visit my plot?
The developer's booking-process FAQ says you can visit your plot the same day. Ask for the plot's location in writing first, and photograph it with the date.
What is the Faisal Town Phase 2 latest progress?
On the developer's pages, levelling is described as complete or nearly so, roads as under development in Sector O and functional in General Block. Nothing is published as a percentage. See the table above, then check on site.
Is levelling the same as development?
No. Levelling is only the first stage. Roads, electricity, water and sewerage decide whether a plot can actually be used.
How often is this tracker updated?
Quarterly, and sooner if the developer publishes a dated progress report or the RDA's position changes.
